Partnerships

Working in close partnership with parents allows us to best identify and support each child’s individualised care and learning. Staff through regular observations and assessments identify home learning ideas or resources to share in order to further develop children’s learning. Communication is key and staff share daily information and offer individual progress meetings termly. We are also flexible in supporting a variety of sessions and ad hoc extra sessions too.

Additionally, staff work in partnership with other professionals to meet the needs of each child and ensure they are accessing support available from different multi agencies. Staff place a strong focus on meeting each child’s individual needs. This involves early identification and intervention being key to improving outcomes for children with Special Educational Needs and Disability.
