The staff team are extremely dedicated professionals, highly qualified, with a passion for the outdoors. They have close relationships with each family. Staff enjoy their work and this reflects in high staff retention and families with siblings and cousins attending.

We have a packed diary of stay and play events for families and grandparents to attend. The emphasis is on home and staff play the role of extended family. The professionalism and development of the staff team are key to offering such authentic experiences as climbing in trees and cooking by campfire. Staff are all paediatric first aiders, and take their responsibilities towards Health and Safety as paramount to their practice.
